We are looking for a new team member – a true local firebrand in recruitment and job matching for our planned office in Skellefteå!
To fit this role, you need to be a true sales personality and enjoy contacting new people, like varied tasks, and be able to manage your own work.
As a recruiter with us, you will work closely with our other regional offices to recruit the right staff according to our clients' wishes.
You will carry out the entire recruitment process from advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks to hiring and onboarding with the client. The work will also involve contacts with educational institutions and the Employment Agency.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
We are looking for someone who has worked in the field of job matching/recruitment for at least 2 years and is now seeking new challenges.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. B driver's license.
As we will be starting the business in Skellefteå from scratch, we are looking for someone who is independent in their professional role and who would see it as a natural next step in their career to help shape the business from the start.
